Okay I still have some stuff to say and then I probably won't write another blog for ANOTHER three months (lol!). While this is titled comics, this is less about the comics I own and have on the site (I've gotten more so I should probably update it when I become NOT lazy) I want to share my thoughts about comics I've been reading totally and completely legally!
I've been going though some of older Action comics, the Superman 2023, Superboy and the Ravers, and I've been keeping up with Supergirl and the young Clark Kent/Superboy storyline going on in Action Comics. Can you tell I like the Super-Family? The House of Kent and the House of Brainac arcs are the ones I've went through recently, The house of kent arc brought Jon Superboy back to earth from the future, and Has Conner Superboy meeting Superman for the 'first' time. This Superboy (Conner Kent or Kon'el) is not actually from the mainline world (the one we are still in today), but he's actually from an alturnate world that got removed during a reboot, Conner stands as living proof of reboots to many of the smart characters. The thing that is so intresting is that SOME people remember Conner and some don't (same with Young justice as a whole), for example; Clark doesn't remember Conner, not naming him, the war tramua, nothing! While Jon and Martha Kent DO! So does Robin, Impluse and some other members of Young Justice (Steph was a memember but doesn't recall it at all).
The most intresting part of this is that Martha and Jon never spoke or remembered Conner once, untill he was taken to the farm, then all of the memories of him came 'flooding in'. I don't know if it has or hasn't happened, but I hope Clark and other old friends of Conner can get all their memories back of him. I tend to wonder how his old friends and family are doing...
I've heard that they are planning on doing a new arc or story with Superboy (Conner Kent) and MAN!! I HOPE IT HAPPENS!! And I swear if the person who writes it doesn't actually know who he is and just thinks he's Superman and Lex's son, I'M GONNA GO CRAZY!!
One last thing (this has REALLY just turned into a Conner rant huh?) Kon has so much past, history, story, depth, trauma; he's not flat, he's not just some Super-Himbo to use as an accessory to Tim, he's just so much more and I hope people will read comics with him and learn who he truly is!!! I LOVE YOU SUPERBOY!!! (Superboy rant... Complete!)

Hmm... Superboy, Superboy, and Superboy, those are deff my fave Super-family characters! Ah yes.. I mean Clark, Jon, and Conner yes yes! Speaking of Clark as Superboy, the new Superboy Arc in Action comics! I'm pretty sure that that the fact that Clark was Superboy before he was Superman was retconned out, but now it's retconned back in again! The stories have been very very good, and it's nice to see a less mature version of Clark that makes mistakes, he's very relatable for me because I'm a kid, well teen, too! I always like a story with Captain Comet featured because he's such an intresting character to me, and the story where Superboy had to work in a warzone (the most recent comic) It was stressful, realistic, and I feel like gives more depth to Clark, showing how he reacted to the first death he has to witness..
I want to rant about Jon too, but my fingers are about to freeze off from all this typing, BUY BYE!!

Yep yep, first blog of the year (an two months in yaouch!) I just got through the first semester of the school year and I got good grades in my classes, which I'm happy for. I've been playing on my brother's new Minecraft server, Minesworn (Which is actually an old server owned by my dad and it's been remastered) and I've been having fun; Also been spending a lot of time reading comics and watching TV shows which leads to... Almost no time drawing! Yeahhh... I haven't been drawing every day as I should be, of course I've been doodling in class, I'll NEVER stop doing that, but not as many fully fleshed out art. I've been having some really cool worlds, stories, and characters suck in my mind that I can hope to make into a reality one day. I love drawing and art, but I have to actually do it for once lol! :)

My friend found out that if you get the dutch bros app you can get a free coffee, so I'll be making an account just to get that; and plus, you can get a free coffee for your birthday so i could honestly get two coffees in a row if I wanted to... I'm beating the system... I'm pure anarchy!! 😈

Made my christmas list the other day, tons of cute stuff from etsy and comic collections I'd like!

I'm honeslty so confused with gen alpha because my 12 y/o sister was on tiktok in the living room and started to make super loud alarm clock sounds, say doh, and showed us this video of bart simpson in various colors; I hate to sound old but damn this generation is weird, weirder than talking fruits and dancing bananas, it doesn't even make any sense! I'm sure once Gen Alpha grows up they're going to be a smart and hard working group of people, but watching them grow up has been... and experience, thats for sure!

Oh my gosh, I am so very very tired, I'm zoning out, can't use my brain... I think I'm getting sick... Yeah okay enough of that! I've been day dreaming of a comic book with kon'el/superboy/conner kent in the DCAU, aka Superman the animated series; gosh, wouldn't that just be amazing to read? I would write that in a heartbeat and I would do some cool stuff....

Have to put up my comic collection on the right sidebar, it going to be a lot of work but I think I can do it. I want to make small vers of the covers so that they don't take too long to load, and then I'll have them linked to the DC/Marvel sites on their comic page as well so you could read more about them, and I think that DC lets you have free samples of the comics too, pretty cool!!

Welp, I've been wanting to create these for a while any i finally did it, easier than I thought, thank god... I want to make the boxes have rounded corners but hey, not everything is perfect! Also happy veterans day, my dad is a vet actually. I was looking for any deals we could get but theres basically nothing, at least we get the day off lol.

This site has been really intresting to put together, I still don't know if I've perfected the BG but I like how it looks over all. I wish I could make a site without a template, but I just stink at html! Anyways, first blog post; OUT! :3
